University Of Pretoria Registration

University Of Pretoria Registration, Conditionally admitted students should note that the University of Pretoria will be processing the final 2017 Grade 12 results until 10 January 2018. Please access your Student Centre by logging in to UP Student Portal from 10 January 2018 to confirm your final admission status.
All first year students are encouraged to register online from 10 January 2018 and before 29 January 2018 in order to have their student cards issued to them by 29 January 2018.  All study programmes have core modules that students need to register for. Students who are not sure of their curriculum need to register for their core modules.
Please note: Students who are not registered by 29 January 2018 will not be issued with a student card which will be required to attend the orientation programme starting on 30 January 2018.
Log in to UP Student Portal, click on the Student Centre link and check for holds in the right column of the student centre. If there are any holds, students will not be able to register.

Current Students

UP registrations for the 2018 academic year are fully online.
Current students are encouraged to register online from 1 January 2018 on the Student Centre. Limited assisted online registration will be offered at the Hillcrest Sports Campus from 10 January 2018. There is no registration schedule for current students.
Log in to UP Student Portal, click on the Student Centre link and check for holds in the right column of the student centre. If there are any holds, students will not be able to register.
