The purpose of this Short Learning Programme is to teach graduates the skills required to be an effective mentor for high school students and others.

2 contact days and followed by 12 weeks ODL approach culminating in the assessment of a portfolio demonstrating key outcomes. Study guide, notes, and assessment guidelines provided during two contact sessions.
Formative portfolio assessment aimed at facilitating the student’s understanding of the implementation of mentoring practices in his/her context.
