CPUT Online Registration 2021

CPUT Online Registration 2021, Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) invites prospective students who applied to study for 2021 academic year to register online.
You can also register at CPUT campuses namely, Cape Town Campus, Bellville Campus, Mowbray Campus, Granger Bay Campus, Athlone Campus and Wellington Campus.

REGISTRATION DATES 2020:
21 – 28 August 2020 (for only a few selective Phasing out qualifications)
OFF-CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL CLEARANCE PROCESS
International related support and enquiries will be conducted from staff off-campus.
You are required to scan and submit the following documentation (certified copies with the certification stamp not be older than 3 months) via e-mail to the contact details below:

  • Your refugee permit or study permit (receipts will not be accepted) made out for the Cape Peninsula University of Technology
  • Your passport.
  • Proof of comprehensive medical aid cover (valid for 12 months) and valid in South Africa.
  • Deposit slips.
  • Your acceptance registration letter

OFF-CAMPUS FINANCIAL CLEARANCE PROCESS
Students with financial blocks must forward their financial enquiries to staff via e-mail to Pam [email protected] and Thembile [email protected]
The staff will assess the academic record, outstanding debt and discuss a payment arrangement.
Once a debt arrangement is in place, the staff will remove the financial block and communicate directly with the student.
The following documentation is required upon request for clearance:

  • Student’s ID
  • ID of the person responsible for payment of account and also 3 month’s bank statements

OFF-CAMPUS PAYMENTS ONLY
No on-campus payments are possible.
Payments can be made at any branch of ABSA bank or via Internet banking.  The details are available in the registration booklet.
MANUAL REGISTRATION PROCESS
Manual registrations are only applicable to the following qualifications:
Marine Engineering Non-Diploma (NDPMME)
Maritime Studies Non-Diploma (CLASS 4)
Due to the COVID-19 Level restrictions for Higher Education institutions, the manual registration procedure will be conducted as follows:
All accepted students in above 2 qualifications must forward an e-mail to Natally Booysen [email protected]  with the e-mail subject line of “Registration for Non-Diploma Maritime/Marine”  as an indication of the request for a manual registration.
