- The Cambridge IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) is designed for learners 14 to 17 years of age, the equivalent of Grades 10 and 11 in South Africa. The curriculum comprises a minimum 7 subjects at Rundle College.
- At IGCSE level there are 3 compulsory subjects, as follows:
- English; 2nd Language (Afrikaans or French); Note: English 2nd Language is an option for foreign students;
- Mathematics (Extended or Core).
