- Complete the form in full (parents or guardians).
- Ensure that all the information on the form is correct.
- Please do not complete the form in all CAPS or all lowercase, please use sentence case.
Ridgeway College Application Process
- Application forms available for download or from the office
- Complete the application form and submit together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and last school report
- Financial clearance should be signed off by previous school
- Contact the office to make an appointment for your child to come and write an entrance test
- Once we have the results from the entrance test, the parents and child will meet with head/principal for an interview and to discuss subject choices where applicable
- Parents meet with the bursar to discuss fees
- Parents are then sent a letter of acceptance
- Desk fee is payable within 30 days of acceptance, unless the child is starting immediately, then desk fees are payable immediately
- Parent contract of enrolment needs to be signed and submitted before the child starts
- School fees are payable in advance so first months fees payable before the child starts

- Copy of Vaccination Record (Pre-Primary & Foundation Phase)
- Copy of Medical Aid card (Front and Back)
- Latest month of Household Income / Salary Advice
- Water & Light Account (latest) or Proof of Residence
- 3x Months Bank Statement
- Recent Colour Photo of the Learner (ID-size)
