Terms & Conditions for Scenic & Charter Flights

1. All prices include 14% Value Added Tax.
2. Prices are subject to change.
3. Full payment of the flight package must be made before the flight can take place. Payment can be done either cash or Electronic Transfer; we do not accept credit cards.
4. Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours forfeit 50% of the fee.

6. The flight time/duration of the flight is subject to change as our routes are directed by Air Traffic Control.
7. Helicopter Flight Package bookings are subject to availability and flight schedule of the aircraft; bookings are essential.
8. All passengers are required to arrive a half hour before flight time.
9. All the passengers are required to sign an indemnity ticket before embarking the aircraft.
10. All flights are weather dependent. In event of cancellation of the flight due to weather conditions clients can either: Take the flight on a later date suitable to them / Keep the credit for a future date / Request a refund.
11. Blue Sky Aviation (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for cancellations / postponements due to weather conditions & technical faults.
12. There are weight limitations per seat on the aircraft. Maximum weight per seat in the Robinson RH44 is 90 kg (200 lbs) or 270 kg (590 lbs) among the 3 seats. Passengers that exceed these weight limitations will be unable to embark on the aircraft.
13. All flights are charged from the Blue Sky Aviation Hanger, George Airport.
14. All baggage must be transferred by road; prior arrangements must be made and is not included in the cost.
15. Special flight packages may require landing permissions. Blue Sky Aviation (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee approval.
16. Blue Sky Aviation (PTY) Ltd 2009/017 519 07 is an authorized Helicopter Charter Company N967D, G968D and Helicopter Pilot Training Academy training under Bluegrass Trading 1025 cc T/A Flight Training College ATO CAA 0012.
