SA Chefs Training & Innovation Academy Centurion Courses
Full Time
- Students will be required to attend 4 on Campus classes per week with the 5th class dedicated to CTIA Innovation Modules and extra-curricular projects.
- These classes are scheduled Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 16h00, or as per the programme curriculum.
- From time to time, students will also be required to work during evenings and weekends. Students will also complete parts of the theory modules through CTIA’s online platform (Moodle.ctia).
Part Time
Culinary Programmes: Students will attend practical classes, one evening per week (18h00 – 22h00), on-campus. This is usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your choice of programme and the training delivery schedule. Students will also complete parts of the theory modules through CTIA’s online platform (Moodle.ctia).
Hospitality Management Programmes: Students will attend class on-campus, one day per week (9h00 – 16h00). All students will receive a training delivery schedule as per the programme curriculum. Students will also complete parts of the theory modules through CTIA’s online platform (Moodle.ctia).
SA Chefs Training & Innovation Academy Centurion Entry Requirement
- Entry requirements: Please note that in order to enrol for any of the CTH Hospitality or Tourism Programmes, candidates must meet the minimum requirement as per the entry criteria. Students applying must have completed either Grade 11 or Grade 12 depending on the course selection.
