Damelin College Centurion
Damelin College Centurion, Damelin Centurion has moved to a bigger and better home. Only 3.3km away from the previous site; students, staff and parents can now enjoy the comfort and convenience of a larger, newer and more improved campus.
General Manager of Damelin Centurion, Gary Moonsamy said, “The new site, 1805 square metres was carefully chosen after listening to the needs of our students and conducting further research into how we could improve their learning experience. The new location is ideal in terms of convenience, accessibility and looks wonderful too.”
Damelin Centurion, situated at 1257 South Street, boasts an array of exciting shops and attractions nearby, creating a fun, social and lively atmosphere that is ideal for student interaction.
“The campus location is perfect for students to enjoy their breaks as it provides a recreational hub to enjoy in-between class schedules. There is also an exciting shopping mall and the famous SuperSport Park close by,” said Moonsamy.
A larger campus also means that Damelin can now accommodate more students within the Centurion area. Facilities such as the library and computer laboratory are currently being developed to ensure that the learning environment is well-equipped for today’s student.
Ian Jordaan, a 2nd year Mechanical Engineering student expressed his excitement about the new campus by saying, “Not all the classrooms at the old campus had air-con facilities like at the new campus, which already is a thumbs up for me. The feeling when you walk in the new campus is also better because there’s much more space, it doesn’t feel crowded, and there’s still the same friendly service like always.” Jordaan also noted that the new classroom positioning allows for easier communication amongst fellow students.
Damelin Centurion forms part of Damelin’s 17 campuses nationwide, all boasting a network of highly qualified lecturers and trained customer consultants to ensure the delivery of the highest calibre of education. Damelin Centurion offers a wide range of accredited Higher Education diplomas, certificates and short and skills programmes across faculties such as Commerce, Leisure, and Information Technology, Management Sciences and Communication and Creative Arts.
